By purchasing or requesting a reading from Astrocartographers, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and said the load-bearing parts plainly.
What this service is
A reading from Astrocartographers is an AI-generated interpretation: the words are written and narrated by Vela, our AI astrocartographer, from a real astronomical calculation of your birth chart. The astronomy is computed by our own engine, and the interpretive material Vela reads from was written by people, but no person writes, reads, or reviews your individual reading. It's offered for insight, reflection, and entertainment.
Not professional advice
Nothing in a reading is medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and it isn't a substitute for any of those. If you're facing a decision in one of those areas, talk to a licensed professional, not your chart.
No guaranteed outcomes
We don't promise that moving to a line, taking an action a reading describes, or anything else will produce any particular result in your life. A reading describes a map, not a guarantee.
Payment & refunds
Readings are digital goods, delivered within 24 hours of payment. If a reading fails to generate, you are refunded automatically and in full, with no request needed on your part. If your reading is delivered but something about it seems wrong (a technical error, a missing file, a payment issue), email hello@astrocartographers.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Delivery
Readings are prepared for your chart alone and arrive within 24 hours of payment, usually the following morning, as a web page, PDF, and audio file, sent to the email you provide. You get an email confirming your order straight away, with a link to that page, and a second email when the reading itself is ready. It's your responsibility to enter that email correctly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
